Library
The college library is a high standard. The total number of books in the library is near about 8000 including B.Ed. and D.Ed. Our Library is well arranged with properly sorted books, periodicals and other non-book material – maps (Political, outline, etc.), black-board, globes, and educational instruments (compass), photos of eminent persons, etc. and also big, properly ventilated Reading Room is attached to the library. The library contains text books on ‘Education’ as well as other subjects, reference books (Dictionaries, Encyclopedias on different subjects) and general books.
The library subscribes to Journals on Education, Health Science, and other sciences. Apart from the borrowing facility, the library has reading room facilities also. The students are totally dependent upon the library for their requirement related to B.Ed course and the collection is sufficient to support their needs. However, concrete steps, including computerization of the library are being undertaken to save the time of library staff.
