Every day the sun rises and every day the sun sets. We wake up in the morning with a hope of making that day a memorable day which even after many years in our life when recalled would bring a smile on our face.

We, the students of Sinhgad College of Science, have been organising and managing Our Event MANCOM since 2007. It’s almost 5 years now and we make a point that the participants that we get from almost all the colleges in Pune do remember our Event as an entertaining Event. Not only do we aim at exuberance but also in increasing the managerial skills of all the students present in the Event, the participants as well as the volunteers.

"A good manager in any Company, doesn’t matter if it is a small Company or a Multi National Company, has good communication skills and knows how to manage his team. He knows how to make the seemingly dull chores interesting and to boost his colleagues in such a way that it increases their confidence level as well as practical knowledge."

MANCOM is a continuous, constructive Event which has been managed and organised by the students of BBA, BBM and BCom departments.
