Did you get a chance to see the new website of Maharashtra Police? If not, please visit it as soon as possible. It will give you a satisfaction of seeing one of the feature-rich online portals developed for India`s one of the most reputed police forces. The website was revamped by Vivek Mengajee, a Solapur-based young entrepreneur.

It was in 2008, when for the first time the website was created. However, it lost to the time in terms of changing technologies and utilities that would make it more relevant and interactive. Vivek took the project as a challenge and successfully delivered it under his company Dreamcare Web Developers' banner.

The revamped website launched at the hands of Devendra Fadanvis, Chief Minister of Maharashtra to mark 58th foundation day of Maharashtra Police Commissionerate. The event took place at Maha Police head quarter in Mumbai recently. In his address, the Chief Minister congratulated the police force for keeping their advancement on the front of smart use of technology. The Maharashtra Police Force is respected as one of the most efficient police forces in India. With the right use of technology it would able to get connected with society effectively and perform its duty capably, he stated. The function was also attended by Home Minister (rural) Deepak Kesarkar, Home Minister (urban) Ranjeet Patil, Director General of Police Satish Mathur, Indian Navy officer Girish Luthra and other senior police officers.

The portal is developed as per standards and protocols set for government websites and we did our best in making it secured, interactive, informative and user friendly using latest technology, Mr Mengjee said.
