A total of 34 years
of professional and 19 years of teaching experience. Has held the
positions of Chief Town Planner of Urban Development Authority, Visakhapatnam
and Principal of S P S M B H's College of Architecture Kolhapur. He
has designed a number of notable township, architectural and interior
design projects. Has written twenty-five research papers many of which
have been published in national Journals. Has been invited as a Jury
for NASA trophies on many occasions. He has been the Chairman of Indian
Institute of Architects Kolhapur Center and the Vice President of
Rotary Club of Kolhapur. Has held workshops on "Creativity in Architecture"
in number of Architecture colleges all over India. More than 130 professional
projects designed in above fields. He is presently a member of Board
of studies in Architecture of Pune and Solapur universities. He is
also a Vice -President of Maharashtra Association of Architecture
(MASA) from 2004.

Academic Achievements:
Has been in teaching since last 19 years. Has taught
Basic Design I & II, Arch. Design IV, Thesis final year,Town
planning seminar IVth year. This Vast professional experience helps
in guiding students. Has special interest in basic design for creativity in
architecture and has conducted workshop on this topic for
teachers and students of architecture all over the country.
Research:
Has written more than 25 research papers on town
planning of architectural topics. Ph.D. topic was "Computer
Based Design Support System for Sustainable Development of
Southern Maharashtra Region". He is Presently guiding two PH D students |
