Modern Librarianship is changing its face with the introduction of digital media. Even the Academic Libraries are becoming hybrid in nature. No institute which imparts technical knowledge can escape from the e-literature and digital libraries, as well as multimedia recourses. Managing theses e-recourses is a challenging task. It is the need of the day for the librarian to be equipped for the management of digital libraries, so that they can offer best services to the users.
