The department of management studies of Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Engineering is a young and vibrant department preparing students for managerial and entrepreneurial careers. Established in 2008, the department offers two years fulltime post graduate programme in business administration (MBA).

With the state of art infrastructure, laboratories with latest hardware and software, well furnished classrooms and seminar hall with latest audio video equipments, the department delivers a total learning experience to its students.

The department has a blend of young and experienced faculty members with academic and industrial experience committed to bring the best out of the students. Our unique mix of lecture method, case discussions and small group activities make the teaching - learning process exciting and enjoyable.

Apart from regular lectures and Harvard business school cases mapped to the syllabus, the department organizes guest lecturers of practicing managers, industrial and field visits to reputed industries and institutions in and around Pune.
