ADMISSION
PROCEDURE:
All
admissions to the first year Diploma in Interior Design &
Decoration are conducted directly by the Institute according to the
merit. Notification regarding the admission procedure, sale of
forms, rules and regulations, important dates etc. are published in
leading newspapers by the Institute.

A)
Eligibility
Criteria:
-
SSC
(X std.) from Maharashtra State or equivalent with a minimum of
50% aggregate marks for open category and 45% aggregate marks
for reserved category
-
Other
merits being equal, preference shall be given to candidates
having passed SSC with drawing or SSC with technical or
intermediate grade drawing examination or Foundation Course from
any recognised Institute or any other exam with drawing as one
of the subjects.
B)
Admission Round
·
Round 1 :
i.
The
merit list will be displayed on notice board
in the
institute.
ii.
The
candidate will confirm admission by producing original certificates
for Scrutiny and paying tuition fees by Demand Draft in the
Institute office before the prescribed last date.

Round 2 :
iii.
After
the first round of admissions, the seats, which remain vacant due to
non allotment, non-reporting or cancellation of confirmed admission,
are notified. Candidates who
fall next in the merit will get a chance .
C)
Certificates
to be submitted:
The following certificates, xerox copy duly attested
should be submitted at the time of admission.

Statement
of marks for SSC or equivalent.
·
Latest
Original School Leaving / Transfer Certificate.
·
Domicile
Certificate (For Out of Maharashrea State candidates).
·
Cast
Certificate and Cast validity Certificate for candidates of reserved
category.
·
Non-Creamy
Layer Certificate for O.B.C. category.
D)
FEE-STRUCTURE:
Fees
charged are Rs. 20,000/- including Deposit. Selected Candidates will
have to pay the full amount in advance to secure admission.
Refund
of Fees:
·
Full
fees except non-refundable fees will be refunded if the candidate
applies for cancellation of admission within four days of taking
admission.
·
Fifty
percent of tuition fees plus other deposits in full except
non-refundable fees will be refunded if the candidate applies for
cancellation of admission within one week of taking admission.
·
Only
deposits will be refunded if the student applies for cancellation of
admission
after one week and within one month of taking admission.
E)
RESERVATION OF SEATS:
Reservation
of seats for various categories is done as per
the
government of Maharashtra rules and regulations in
force.
